Hi peeps, its the 365 days again ! Well well, lots of motivation quotes for a new year and people's new year resolution list popping up on my Facebook news feed. Its been such a long time I did not celebrate a new year in a hot weather country, rather than enjoying house party with all the jumper and warm wool socks or layering up ourselves like a potato to fight with the freezing cold weather and prepare to enjoy the spectacular fireworks :)  I SERIOUSLY MISS THAT SO MUCH Ahhhhhh...

So 2015 has been such a great year for me. Graduated from UON with BSc (Hons) Nutrition, traveled to my must-go places which are Spain and Paris, aced my dissertation with the guidance of my professor, and last but not least, met so many new people this year. Especially this person who has
taught me so much. * I still remember that I dyed my virgin hair on the 1st of jan 2015 because my friend told me to be yolo. LOL. But did not success because my hair's black pigmentation is too strong apparently XD

Hi guys, we went to a French-Japanese fine casual dining for dinner tonight. Franco was previously know as Miam Miam and they have change their concept. Some of them menu still remain the same but they have added a few as well.

For a green tea lover, I will never ever miss a chance to order something that comes with matcha softee ;p This is the ice green tea lattee serve with matcha ice cream (RM 10.80). The matcha flavour is pretty strong so as the ice cream.

Dublin is a quite a nice place to visit. Normally the return ticket will just cost around £10 per person from East Midlands airport but because it's a last minute decision, so its quite pricey. =( We went for a few places when we went Dublin. Most of the tourist attraction are just within walking distance but if you would like to visit Clif of Moher, Giant Causeway and etc, its better to sign up their local tour as they will pick you up from a pick up point and drive you to the destination with a group of people.

On the first day, we were just around the city of Dublin.

 For lunch, we went to a famous restaurant called ' The Elephant Castle' which is somewhere around a very famous tourist area The temple bar. There are lots of restaurant in this area and of course, lots of bar as well. (Sorry for spamming my baby cousin's photo cause he is really so adorable) XD

 The next day, we followed a local tour 'Paddywagon Tour' for their day trip to the Clif of Moher. They have stopped us at several stop on the way to clif of moher and its around euro 40 per person. We have to meet and the pick up point around 630am and leave dublin at 7am. Its a whole day long journey cause its really really really far away from the city.

Its been awhile since i left my blog unattended. Ophss sorry. And today I am going to blog about my graduation which was on the 14th of July 2015. So oh well, times just passed so fast. Cant even believe I have already studied in Nottingham for 3 years. I still can clearly remember how scary and insecure when it was my first night to reach Nottingham alone.

So on the day itself, me and my family woke up pretty early and get dressed up and etc because the session of my graduation ceremony is around 10 or 11am if i am not wrong. (Sorry can't recall it anymore cause its 2 months ago). Because there is a distance from my house to the East Midlands Conference Centre where the ceremony was held, so we took a taxi there. When we were there, the place is so crowded and I went to take my graduation gown and hat that we have to rent it for like £45.

Hi guys ! I just came back from Spain last week and I knew it's been awhile since I update my blog 😄 it's been a long way to reach Seville because of the stupid train to London delayed for an hour, flight delayed for 4 hours and moreover the Seville airport was closed and we have to land at Malaga airport and take a coach to Seville :( Anyway, I personally like Seville so much although it's a small city because it's less crowded and not that much of 'tourist' feel.

I am really blessed to have all of you to celebrate my birthday with me. Thanks for putting so much effort in cooking and also thanks for all the presents and cards. I am feeling 22 XD

Red True Barbecue is a new chain restaurant in Nottingham. We went there last weekend and it was crowded !! They don't take any reservation during the weekends so we have to leave our contact there to get a table. We went there around 7pm and just manage to get our table at 9pm. Red True Barbecue   is a young hipster hang out place, I will highly recommend this place. 



 
My bbq plates , Red's Pulled Pork and Slaw Plate. You can choose 2 humble side or 1 divide side. I really love this, they gave a generous portion of pulled pork and yet it taste so good. The slaw is mayo-free, top with pork crackling (which is really a bit hard for my teeth =(). For the sides, I have ordered their sweet potato corn bread which is new in their menu and 2 large onion rings. I love their corn bread so much because it really taste like those asian steam malay cakes. OMG, makes me miss home so much in this Chinese New Year festive season ;(


 My friend also ordered their bbq plates, 'Holy Trinity Plate' which is actually spicy beef, cheese and jalapeño house recipe sausage with white onion and pickle.
