Ice cream is not only ubiquitous but it is also eye-catching during summer time, with all the ice cream truck in the Sunday market or on top of the sinful dessert ; Especially in tropical country such as Malaysia with 365 days of summer time. Today, I am sharing this one ingredient nice cream which does not require any ice cream maker. If you are always on the health food blog, you will definitely get this right. Yes ! It's BANANA-nananana. **Sounds like a Minion here.
Banana is actually a kind of super food. Adding banana into your diet can bring a lot of amazing benefits. Not only helping you to reach you weight goals, banana also aids in bowel movement and good source of potassium in it which protect cardiovascular health. Banana is common as a snack on the go, pre or post workout snacks to refuel your energy level.
So today, I am going to share this super easy one-ingredient "Banana Nice Cream" :
Directions :
1) Cut the ripe banana into a small coins shape and freeze it at least for 2 hours.
2) Add the banana into the food processor and blend
3) I have added a little bit of almond milk into it to make it taste nicer

4) Blend smoothly ! If you wish to add some peanut butter,chai seed, cocoa powder, matcha powder etc, this is the time you should add it in and continue to blend it.

- 2 Ripe Bananas
